Packaging

Where we can we use recycled or recyclable packaging. We aim to use as little as possible to lessen the impact to the environment but some of our product lines are delicate so do require more. We are constantly sourcing the most efficient and environmentally packaging and we would appreciate it if you can recycle or re-use.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries. They will attempt delivery once they will leave a calling card if no one is home to sign for the delivery. You will need to contact them directly using the details on the calling card to re-arrange delivery (or pick up from your local post office). Should you not respond to the calling card within 5 days, the goods will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be applicable.

Returns

While we hope that you will be delighted with your order, we do understand that there are occasions when you may want to return an item. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse. 

We recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. Please ensure all items are wrapped securely as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that return postage will not be refunded. Postage costs will only be refunded if goods are faulty. Simply complete the returns form and enclose it with the item in perfect condition within 21 days to: 17 Buckingham Road, London, N1 4DG

We check everything before we send it to you and do our very best to ensure that all our products leave us in perfect condition. However some of our items are handmade by artisans, designers and craftsmen where from time to time there may be natural variations to the images supplied. Should you receive damaged goods, then please notify us within 24 hours of receipt for instruction. We will of course reimburse you fully for any return postage.

International Shipping

We are happy to fulfil orders from overseas; however, we do not accept any currency other than pounds sterling. To discuss the delivery of products to countries outside the UK please contact sales@bottlegreenhomes.co.uk

Stock Availability

Please note that whilst we make every effort to ensure that the items listed on the site are available, occasionally items on the site may sell out before they can be removed. We will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Providing all items in your order are in stock, we aim to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible (usually within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order), but please allow 7 working days for delivery.

If items are out-of-stock we will notify you by email. Some of our suppliers are artisan, crafts people who hand make their product to order, we try and keep a good stock level of these items but in busy periods we may sell out so delivery of these out-of-stock items may take up to 6 weeks.

Please note that we never take payment for an order until the day it is shipped to you. However, your debit (or credit) card provider may well debit your account on the day you place your order, to guarantee their payment authorisation to us.
